Shipping Information
Strings:
All of our strings include Free Shipping within the
United States.
Strings are sent by USPS First Class mail. As such we cannot offer delivery
confirmation.
We will notify you by email after your purchase is made as to which day
your string(s) will ship, usually the next business day (Monday through
Friday).
Delivery time depends on your location, but is usually between 5-7 days
for delivery.
Instruments:
The shipping prices are quoted in the description of
the instrument and are for shipping within the United States only.
Instruments are shipped by either UPS or USPS and are insured for the
instruments purchase price (not including the cost of shipping).
We will notify you by email after your purchase is made with the following
information:
• which day your instrument(s) will ship
• which service is shipping them (UPS or USPS)
• delivery confirmation number
• estimated date of arrival.
All stringed instruments are tuned down for shipping and will require tuning on arrival.
If there is no shipping quote in the description
or you are interested in a shipping quote to another country please email
us. Be sure to include the instrument name and your location..
